Has anyone had experience with purchasing an REO from Ohio Savings Bank? I plan to make an offer on a property and wanted to know what to expect from them. Any info you can provide is appreciated.

    I made a low ball offer which they rejected. The property was sold a month later for approx. 10% less then what they originally listed it at.
