Refinancing From My Name To My L.L.C. Name
Does anyone know if it is possible to refinance a property from my personal name to my L.L.C. & if so do you know how long my L.L.C. has to be in existance before that can happen. I just got a R.E.O from the bank, i took title in my name but i want to start doing my deals in my L.L.C. name plus i found a bank that will let me refinance 80% LTV in my L.L.C. but they said it has to be already under my L.L.C. in order to do the refi. HELP!!

see what the state laws are re: transferring property to/from the LLC. In CA you could just quit claim the property to the LLC,
