Recordnig Purchase Agreement
I am going to be assigning my contract to another investor. Once I have my purchase agreement signed by the seller. If I am using an attorney to assign my contract, do I still need to record my purchase agreement to the county clerk before I give my contract to my attorney? Or do I just send the purchase agreement to my attorney including my escrow money? Thanks!
