Where do I begin to find an attorney to help me set up an LLC and transfer my property into it? How much should I expect to pay for this service? Does anybody have a recomedation in the DFW area? THANKS
I was quoted $350 to setup an LLC in Iowa, that included all filing fees...If I was new to an area and didn't have any contacts, i'd find myself a phonebook to look up a RE attorney.
