Question On Selling To Retailer
Greetings everyone, I have a question on wholesaling. Once I have a property under contract, how do I figure the price that I will wholesale the property. Is there a certain percentage that investors are looking for? Do I bargain with the investor? I have read some posts and I am getting a feeling that my fee would usually be around $3000-$5000. However, what if the property I have under contract is a steal and the investor is looking to make a lot of money. I am not trying to be greedy because I know that the investor is a risk the most, however, he will also have more leverage to bargain with. Just curious. Thanks
