Purchase & Sale Contracts - How Can I Get Best Deal?
Hello, I was curious if you wholesalers/assigners out there make multiple offers on fixer uppers. Am I rolling the dice if I put two offers on a property, one of which is a CASH offer that is discounted, when I in fact have no idea if the rehabber will choose to use cash, or if I do not have any private individual lenders officially signed up in my court (even though I do have access to private money, just no agreements in place of LPs formed yet)?
