Probate
I have a home that I would like to wholesale and the seller is motivated. I was talking to a lawyer about it and he told me it was in probate. He said it needs to be put in the newspaper for any debts owed from the deceased and it can't be touched for six months. Is this true and if so is there a way around the six month period?
