Im not sure if this is in the right forum, but im not exactly sure where to place it.
I just read up a little on "option to buy contracts"
they seem very interesting to me.
my question is, how can i turn a profit from one of theese?

So i can sell it myself if its under contract for option to purchase?
what about if i have an option to purchase, then i sell it for a few thousand more, and take the diffrence for profit,
is that ethical, or even legaly possible?
