Non-circumvention Agreement Form
Hi guys,
does anybody have a non-circumvention agreement form that they use and can share with me?
I would really appreciate it!!!
I looked in the freebies section, but there is none.

What is the purpose? Do you intend to record the form?
Hi, Just go to one of the legal forms sites - about $4- 10 printed off the net., depends on the specifics you desire- state specific or generic, level of detail.

i am trying to put a deal together where an owner will require a large down payment that i will not be able to afford. i already have someone that is interested in the property and i am just trying to prevent them cutting me out of the deal by going around me.
i already did a search on the net and found about 5-6
confidentiality / non-circumvention / non-disclosure agreements. i was able to take what i need from them and made one out of five that will serve my purpose now and in the future.
