Newb Question. Pending? What Does It Mean?
Ive seen a house that has been listed for 5 months now it says it is pending 3/22/04, and what does it mean when it says it is expired?

Hi:
I think PENDING means that someone
made a offer but the the closing process
is not yet finalized.
EXPIRED means that the listing period
for the property has expired and the home owner may renew it or may sell the property as FOR SALE BY OWNER.
