Multiple Large Equity Properties In AZ Under Contract
Looking either for contract assignment, or a true HML (Have searched the lenders here with no luck) Properties range in value from 3.6 to 7.0m and have been acquired at 50-60% of value. These are three of many more I can get in AZ if they can be moved on relatively quickly.
