Multiple Deals At Once?

InActive_Account profile photo

What are some opinions on carrying multiple deals at once? (wholesale, for example)

Is it simply a function of the amount of time you want to spend or time you have?

Or is the process infinitely more time-consuming than the authors of the best books make it out to be?

Thanks for your insights. They will help guide my REI plans in the very near future.

"simply a function of the amount of time you want to spend " would be my answer.

Once you haver one deal set up, what else do you have to do?

Why wouldn't you continue and get another deal?

Why not have a selection of properties for your buyers to choose from?

If you have one deal and stop until it closes, you just killed your business and you have to start all over.

It doesn't take much time to systemize the wholesaling business, and once it's systemized...you won't have to worry about time. In the beginning, yes if you let it it will consume all your time.

You should goal yourself with always have more than one deal going at a time. Not all of your deals will close...so if you're dependant on that one deal, if it doesn't close ...you're in trouble.

time is something you have to learn to manage, if you let it , like I said this business can consume you, but if you manage it and systemize it, time wont be an issue.
Always have more than one deal in the making.
