Has Anyone Done This?
Has anyone try to sell a property with an "auction type" sale?
In other words, you find a property to sell and then run the ads saying something like...
House for sale....
Sell to highest bidder...
One day only....
This strategy may bring some high bidders, not so much from investors, but homeowners looking to purchase.
One question, Is this legal?...
Any thoughts?
