Miami Wholesaler Needed
Any wholesalers out there in Miami Florida / Dade county area? I am looking for fixers and rehab projects. Preferably in the 33155, 33156, 33129, 33176, 33134 zip codes and Pinecrest, Coral Gables surrounding area, Kendall, Coconut Grove, Roads area, Miami Beach, etc. (Looking for ugliest house on the block in a nice neighborhood.) You can get info on wholesalers from the newsletter ads on the site for the Dade Real Estate Investors Association (www.dreia.org). They hold meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of every month and most of the wholesalers who work that area attend the meeting.
Thank you for the replies and messages everyone! I checked out the Dade Real Estate Investors Association newsletter and it's full of good stuff. I will take your advice and try to do some "networking" at their monthly meeting.
I guess once an I assemble a good team of contacts, I'll always have deals heading my way. If any of you birddogs, flippers, or wholesalers in the Miami area have any SFH's needing rehab, I'm ready to take a look. Check out my profile and email me.
