Looking 4 A Partner In ATL!!
I am looking for a partner on a new construction home in Atlanta. Builder has appraisal for 230k, will sell for under 180k, but will not do anything creative. I have a brain freeze!! HELP!!

I am in Atlanta. What area is the property? The only bad thing is once you get over that 200K range in most areas around here the property gets a lot harder to sell.
