Land Contract/Contract For Deed
I live in New York and I am looking for a sample of a Land Contract or a Contract for Deed. I intend to have my attorney work with it but I need something to start with.
If you have one that I can use, would you please let me know and email it to me at my personal email address (see my profile). It would be even better if you could fax it. Either way, I would be very appreciative.
Also, if you can, please provide a few scenarios where you would use the document. My intention is to use it when the seller is resisting "giving me the deed" but is open to letting me control the property.
