I Am Putting Out My First Offer
I am putting out my first offer and I want to sell the contract to an investor as fast as possible so I can get some quick cash. Where is the best place to find investors that will buy it? Also do you think this is the best way to do my first deal or should I finance it and sell it myself? I dont have any money in the bank yet. Thanks in advance for your help!
I would try to sell it to investers first.
If I understand correctly, without cash, in case of hold and sell, it might be risky unless you can find tenant or do l/o without repair(cause $$) then you might be ok. Just my 2cents. Good luck. Let us know.
