How Should I Handle This One?
I found a motivated seller who will take 125,000, for a house that is easily 150-160,000. Comp's in the area are close to 200,000. needs about 40,000 in repairs. I dont have the money or any credit, should I get her in a contract and find an investor for a double close, and keep the difference?
