How Is Double Closing Handled As Fars Taxes Are Concerned
I spoke with a attorney at a title company recently to see if they were familiar with double closings. After talking, they said they were hesitant to do them because they wouldnt know how to label the difference in the 1st sale & the 2nd on the tax forms?
Would anyone have some info on this?

Id call around. Seasons RE attorneys are very familiar with double closings. Sounds to me like the attorny your dealing with is not a RE attorney
