How Do You Fund The Purchases Of Fixers?
I am new to this Forum. Wanted to hear feedback from experienced Flippers on how to get funding for Fixers in California? I can get 65% LTV Funding but that's it. How do you get or structure the balance. Not too many people here are willing to sell their property at only 65% of the Market value.[ Edited by austinl on Date 11/26/2003 ]
