Help W/ 30 Day Pre-construction Flip
Ok here's the deal,
I have an inside track on some pre-construction, these homes go up about 10k- 20k or so a month. I am in an extremely hot market.
The only thing I need to do is get a pre-qual letter to get a contract written. My FICO's are 560 -565, I cannot even get a credit card w/ these scores. I am not ready to partner with anyone, because I am a newbie at this.
Is there any way I can get a pre-qual letter??
