hello new to site
Hello I'm Verano. I enjoyed reading so far. I find the site very interesting. It has answered some questions. I would like some information on flipping properties. I almost got real estate licences about 6 months ago., but took a career in ADT home security. I enoy what I'm doing but my heart is real estate. I have a friend, she's a investor and want her to show me the ropes. I don't want to start a business here in TN I want to open in Boise,ID. Close to my home town. what do you guys think?? talk to your friend, see what kind of deals she's into and determine if that's what you what to do, if so, she should be able to work some training something or other with you, take her out to luch (spouse permitting ) and pick her brain, how long she's been in, what she likes, doesn't like about investing, and so on...let us know
