Does anyone know of a reputable web site to find hard money lenders for flips or wholesale deals in Florida, or a reliable company that actually does what Ameraco promises, but does not seem to deliver? Your firsthand knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
It is worth necessary to look for certain deals for the hard money so that later it will be much better working on the deal of hard money.

You, Dad11, are the one borrowing the money from your friend for the purchase and rehab of the property that you just found. Instead of buying stocks he is creating a mortgage for you by lending you the money. He is getting a guaranteed 8% or 12% or whatever you guys agree on(provided that you dont default on the loan) and you are getting easy financing that you dont have to qualify for. I would sure rather lend a fellow investor some money at 12% than put it in the stock market and never know what is happening.[ Edited by rickpozos2 on Date 08/03/2011 ]
