Getting started as RI or Birddoggin!!!
Hello Everyone!!! This is my first post to this forum and my first day on this site. I am in OC california and have a great knowledge of home improvement. I have a current general contractors license. I would like to start moving into the real estate investment area and would not mind birddoggin' for someone. I am reading and watching everything I can on this subject and will be ready soon. If anyone needs someone to help them, so I can learn, I will gladly help you. Also, if anyone can help on how to properly set up an assigment of contract I would be greatly indebted. Thanks to Everyone!!! This site is Great!!! Kookejar

Take advantage of the TCI Realty portion of this web site. If you find a valuable property, post it up for all of us to analyze. Investors all over the world will be interested!
Also, if you are a contractor, you have some additional opportunities to make some money. If you find houses that need work, an investor might buy the house and set up a deal for you to do the work and then split the profit when the house is sold.
I'm no expert on contracts, so I will let someone else handle that one

You might want to check out the Bird-dogging forum here. Alot of newbies have asked tons of bird-dogging questions. You might find the answers there.
Also, John Locke has a bird-dogging e-book that you can purchase that can also help you. Just go to the top of the screen, where it says "shop" and it's in there .
