every bank/reo site and some sites marketing to all banks have apply here on there web.
You have to have certain credentials and experience.
get access to a tax record service like real quest or real list. Within those records you can do a query to see how many land lords own properties within an area. Then you can get the names and addresses of the landlords and send them direct mail for your services and properties for sale

very rarely is a survey done in CA.
Just contingent on the title report.

I have reviewed various Rehablist stuff and I find more recent, accurate info available from source documents.

FYI: I just visited rehablist to look for some properties to submit offers on and they want my credit card info. They say that it is a free trial, then 9.95 a week after that, so this site is definitely not free, even for buyers ~
Last month i was in search of the same stuff .
Then my friend told me he had invested in real estate. He was also not sure of the profits there but he recently had his real estate deals from IRA-401K and he was quite pleased with his investing.
