Getting Comparables/Actuals - MLS Service?
I would like to know if there is a way to get comparables/actuals in particular neighborhoods/subdivisions for vacant land without having to ask a real estate agent. Is there a service, either free or at cost that provides the equivalent of MLS or the actual MLS listings?
I'm sure you get this question very often, but I've searched many pages and haven't found the answer yet.
