Hello Folks,
Is there anyone out there who has experience with long distant deals. If so, how are your deals put together via L/O, Sub2 or cashouts.

My advice is to stay in your own backyard. Long distance stuff I think is to hard to manage. Just IMHO of course.

I am in the middle of closing escrow on a out of state deal and have interviewed via e mail and online chat with over 30 area property management companies and individuals to look out for my property and getting it rented out as a rent to own own. So far so good. I am have meet a couple of friends in that area that I trust as a back up. Use the internet and online chats to help you find a property manager. As for collecting rent, I will use ACH auto debit in my contract or a $100 discount if the check is in my mail box before the 1st.. Hope this gives you some ideas. What state/area are you talking about?
