Following Up With Lis Pendens
Say you find a lis pendens and you send out your letter. What then besides waiting is the next step? What do you say on the phone if you call? So far I get rude people. I heard about knocking on doors...how does this work out and what should one watch out for and/or do? Is there a follow up letter and a format for that? Also is there any other way to get to someone before the lis pendens is filed? Thank you for any advice.
