do you pay them for every lead? if so how much? i want to have them get leads for vacant houses, rentals, fsbos, ect. I was planning on giving them a flat fee up closing. thanks again
What info specifically do you need from a bird-dog? What is your rate? I usually do a $500 flat fee for a close on one of my leads. Let me know.

great idea about the door knocks. i never thought of that. i do not think that 1% is too high at all for the work they do. great info. thanks
