As a bird dogger, you must have a marketing campaign. You need to start marketing to find properties through postcards, flyers, ads, bandit signs, etc. When you get some motivated sellers calling you, then you pass that information onto your investors to look into.

bandit signs work great for me, i also have a newspaper ad and i am about to send out some mailings
I have a question for Way_Motivated. I just put in ad in the Sundays paper stating "I have Buyers 4 houses" and I did get some responses but I have a feeling that they way I put the ad in the paper Investors will be calling looking for buyers. Do you agree?? Any suggestions
