Dumping A Lawyer
hey guys im about halfway thru my first wholesale deal!!!! ihave lined up my buyer and everyting went to our attorneys. i have put in the contract that i can assign but the other side wants anouther statement from the seller that i can. now the problem is is that my lawyer is barley making an attemtp to pursue this deal and close it ASAP. He makes a single phone call, tells me everything should be good by monday, doesnt call me until wednesday, and meanwhile im all worked up. he seems to have a grasp on the whole deal, but fot eh amount of money i am paying hime, and the amount of money on the line, i barley get a phone call from this guy. now should i dump him half way thru the deal and find a lawyer who is aggresive to pursue this deal, or stick with my curren t lawyer the whole way?
