Marketing Rules With A Simple Option To Purchase Contract

Hi All,

I am a new investor, so please excuse what may be a simple question. If I have a signed option to purchase real estate agreement, can I market that in the newspaper or RE magazines to spin it to a real buyer?

    Yes. You may advertise the availability of the property in any way you wish.

    thanks commercial,

    thats what I thought, but when I was securring another deal, his RE attorney called me and told me that doing an option strictly to spin it was illegal.
