Does anyone need a bird dog in Kansas City??????
I'm just getting started in my RE adventures and would like to do some birddogging to learn the business. I'm very motivated and would love to speak with any investors in KC who need a good birddog to sniff out those bargain properties!!!!! Hope to hear from you soon.... Here's a couple ideas that may help ~ Call the Investor ads in the papers, bandit signs, attend REI meetings and pass out business cards. Also, try calling FRBO ads apartment owners and ask if they also buy properties and if they wouldn't mind you providing them qualified lead ~ most will love for you to give them leads.
