Does Anyone Know Of A Builder In Atlanta Metro Area Who Is Selling At 60%

I just moved here and I contacted about 20 builders here and some are not moving on the price. Does anyone here know of a builder who I can buy alot of homes at a good price. Around 60% or Cost + 20%. Thanks

    Taxes, code enforcement liens, government grant, house was condemned, house was purchased to be demolished for the construction of a new highway, etc
