dfw area
I would appreciate it for any leads in the dfw area. I am a new investor, so any info how to start successfully please share. Also what about financing if your credit isnt that hot, in this area, have any good contacts? Also for now im looling for some good rehab properties in Tarrant county.

Recommendations:
1. Go to your local bookstore, go to the business section and look under Real Estate... you find a handful of books that will teach you the creative real estate game... soak up some info and come back and ask some pointed questions... what are you going to find you ask... you will learn how to buy as much Real Estate as you want, with NONE of YOUR money and no one will be asking you what your credit score is... they will just need to know where to send you the $$$$$.
2. I have a mentor in the DFW area and he owns Capstone Properties. Look his # up on Anywho.com or another of your choice. Send him an email through his website and tell him you want to birddog for him... learn the game and then take your piece of the pie...
