Contract Assignment
When you purchase a property at foreclosure auction in Maryland, you typically have 45-60 days to go to settlement. This gives plenty of time to find a purchaser. The contracts are transferable, however, someone informed me today that most conventional lenders will not lend on the new contract at a higher price. Has anyone had experience with this??
