Central Pa Newcomer
Is there anyone in central pa wholesaling? If so is there anyway we could somehow get together to discuss this business? Or just bounce ideas with? I am so ready to get into this but would also like to be a bit more informed as to exactly how it all works,, I have a property i can get right now but am a bit nervous about the next step, HELP
Hi RE! I am a newbie also. I just signed my first contract 4 days ago on a property in Northern California. I had it assigned the next day and had other interested end buyers that I had to turn down. I have found no luck with ads but I have found luck meeting people at the courthouse steps(cash buyers), posting on these types of websites, and attending local Real Estate Investment groups. I know the market is bad, but my experience so far is that if the price is right, someone will buy. Hope that helps!
There is always a deal in any market, you just have to find it.

I agree with the other posters. The other challenge is finding positive cash flow properties in CA since Southern CA values ran up so much the past few years. If you get the deals, investors will participate.
