$Cash$ - price of bird-dogging book

roeaster profile photo

Is it just me or did the price of the Big Buck in Bird-Dogging book go up?

I haven't been to the site in a while and I came on because I had an extra $25 (the amount I thought I needed for this particular book) but found that it costs much more (almost double!). Just wondering if I was using my imagination when I thought that was the price or if that was a special promotion price or if the demand was so high that it just made sense to raise the price.

Guess I'll just have to wait to make Big Bucks! Thanks for any input!

    Roe,

Let me tell you a little about me. I believe I have been successful in a few endeavors in my 62 years.

I have been involved in co-ownership of radio and televison stations throughout the United States. Was the Director of Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations for a major Las Vegas Casino. I wrote a business plan raised millions of dollars and took a company public on the Stock Exchange from this business plan. Plus, plus , plus and the list is a long one of the things I have done.

I have owned automobile lots, currently own a Licensed Bail Bond Company, I am the type of person who loves a challange just to see if I can do it.

I was going to retire a short time ago, when my wife reminded me that when I retired at 39 it lasted about 2 weeks before the boredom set in. She said why don't you help others and write a manual about how you invested in real estate using the Subject To method.

I did this keeping in mind that I wanted to keep the price inexpensive, because I understand that not everyone is loaded with dough. However it has turned into more than I sometimes I bargained for, hundreds of emails every month, many cell phone calls helping my students, I am not complaining because I enjoy doing it.

When you make an investment in my manual or my e-book you make an investment in me also and that investment is to try as hard as I can to make you successful with the knowledge I have gained through the years.

The Big Bucks Bird Dogging e-books price was discussed with the owner of the site Joel Webb we discussed an introductory offer, which we did, then the price was raised.

The price of my manual will be raised shortly also. The main reason is the time involved in helping my students, cell phone bills, paying for research to help students in different areas, maintaining a password protected web site for students, etc.

I think if I were a bargain, I would be a good one.

So Roe, save up a few more sheckles you are half way there, I would enjoy seeing you involved with Cash Now.

I see . . . I'm not one to complain either - I just thought I was going to be in a position to start bird dogging this weekend and was really looking forward to reading the book tonight! And the price is definitely not unreasonable - I'm just broke! Don't worry $Cash$, I'll still be purchasing the book as soon as I can afford it because I have already decided this will be my point of entry into this RE business. I realize you do put quite a bit of time into this website alone (not to mention any other endevors you're currently pursuing) because every time I come to this site (which is pretty often) you seem to be answering posts. I find your responses to very helpful - which is why I decided to purchase your book in the first place.

I will continue to read what I can for free but hopefully you will be reading my success story very soon.

    Thanks!

    Roe

    Roeaster,

For $12.95 or less you can buy the Flipping Properties book by which covers the "scout" or birddog side of the business. I'm in your same situation financially but I keep reading all the free articles from various sites and have made a few friends who are "seasoned" investors. I'm learning alot and haven't really spent much money. I just ordered the "Flipping Properties" 2 days ago, but until it arrives, I'm hanging out here in TCI. Don't give up...there are always ways to get the information you need at a price you can afford.

P.S. John $Cash$ is very helpful and he will give you practical pointers just to stear you in the right direction until you can afford the course you need.

    Roeaster,

I have purchased both Cashes books and have read from cover to cover.

I feel that they are worth it! For me, both books had enough information to start your career. IMHO

Just a word of caution, even though creative investing can get you into a property much, much cheaper than the conventional way, there are upfront costs associated using these techiques..

    Subject to's

I would make sure have my a$$ covered, so attorney fees, incorporation, extra mortgage payments, etc...

    Bird dogging:

Marketing, websites, bandit signs, cell phone, dataquick, etc...

Yeah it adds, up but its worth the investment and will payoff!

    Best Regards,
    Bginvestor
