ok ,here it is i am trying to tie up a couple of properties
with very little money with assigment clause , and do not know the least i can offer as earnest money, nor the least for the deposit . that is still leagal on the option to purchase?

And if a offer to purchase is signed by itself can that be sold , or do it have to be notarized and or recorded before selling?
    thank you

I agree and disagree: Always know what motivates a seller/buyer. Knowledge is power!
