BUYERS MARKET ?

A local appraiser declared the area I live in as a buyers market. What advice can anyone give me in relation to bird-dogging, flipping, and wholesaling, etc. in this kind of market.

    It been a while since I heard the words "Buyers Market"... at least in my area. The great thing about CREATIVE REI is that you can get creative in a sellers market or buyers market. Focus on finding motivated owners that you can work with. I see guys on this site using Sub-2, Short sales, Pre-forclosures, Flipping... on a daily basis no matter what kind of market there is. Find an area of investing that appeals to you. By the way, from what I have learned here, bird-dogging is the best way to learn all types of REI. You will find great info on this site!!!!

    Thanks for the reply Repoman. It is much appreciated. I agree that bird-dogging is the way I'm going to have to go. Anyone else, please add your opinion.
