Birddogging For Wholesalers
I am getting my feet wet with some birddogging for an investor in NW FL. What is the absolute best way to find distressed properties, and even get the owner/seller to call me? I want to generate enough capital (for a safety net) to flip some deals myself. I would appreciate any advice from wholesalers, retailers, birddogs, or anyone, esp. in my area. Thanks. Tim
Tim, You do not need to raise capitalt to flip property especialy wholesalers. I suggest you raise money to purchase Ron LeGrands Cash Flow course. That will teach you how to turn wholesale, retail, Lease purchase and owner finance with no cash from your pocket and no need for credit. I have done it. I know it works.
