Bird-dog contract
Hello. I have a number of people interested in bird-dogging for me. Could somebody send me a copy of a contract I can use. The latter would basically state that if I buy the property at the address specified, I will pay the agreed fee.

The contract that I use for bird-dogging is owned by John Locke. I would love to share it, but don't want to step on any toes here.
I can make a suggestion. The contract is between you and your bird-dogs, therefore, you can write a contract that stipulates what you want. Take a moment and draw up a contract.
Another suggestion: Have those interested in bird-dogging for you purchase Locke's ebook, Big Bucks Bird-Dogging. This will serve 2 purposes.
1. You will have a great contract between you.
2. You will have a bird-dogs that have a great understanding of what they are doing and, more importantly, how to do it.
