Idaho Hard $$ Lender
are there any hard $$ lenders in Idaho? or operating in the state? I have liquid net assets available of approx 100k- and great credit with monthly debt of 400$ and 110k year income but want to do rehab with little out of pocket on purchase and focus my capital on the rehab.
I am new to "hard $$" and creative financing. I can't seem to find any lenders other than full documentation standard HML banks etc.
