Best Source For Wholesaling 101?
I am interested in getting into wholesaling but dont know where to start to get the basic structure of a wholesale deal? I've read some of the posts here but I feel a little lost when some of the deals seem like they should be in other forums (sub2, lease options, foreclosures, etc.). What distinguishes wholesaling from other CREI techniques? Recommended courses? Thanks... :-?
if you are having trouble with the reading terms. You should go to your nearest Real Estate Club. You will be able to ask questions in person and understand better. They will be able to know the areas you are thinking about better than most people on this site. Also since they are in your area you could find out what courses are best for what you want to do.
