Really new guy here have not done any investing ever.
I would like to flip some houses for cash so I can get into rehabing. (credit is being repaired so loans are not really an option just yet)
Where is the best place to find people close to foreclosure?
I have pulled up tax records in the frisco area but I really dont know what to look for.
I need a starting point for my first step.
