Anybody Buy REOs? Question...
Anyone had any success buying REOs at deep discounts? I am making offers today and they are low ball because of the repairs that are needed. I hear different things on the issue, pretty much that it is tough to get REOs at profitable discounts. Please share your experiences and strategies. Thanks, Dee
