Acceptable Time To Hold Before Selling..
I have heard/read of 'seasoning rules'. To what do these apply, and where? Or are we ok to just stay within the appraised FMV and then time is not an issue? I live in Florida, and would appreciate any advice in this area, as I wish to begin a wholesaling career, and want to start out right!

Seasoning issues all depends on the lender of the person who will be buying from you. I have a lender that can do sim closes which is virtually no seasoning. I think 6 months is good enough seasoning for almost any lender.
