A Fun Investment
Hello Guys and Gals,
Since I am new to the REI world I am still in the gathering information mode. I am not sure what I want to invest in; condo's, mh., single families, multi fam, etc... Does anyone have some suggestions about what direction I should take, or what is the easiest to get involved in, maybe an investment that is fun???

Not knowing what your goals are, and your expectations, it is very difficult to recommend any course of action other that settle down, read, and decide what trips your trigger. Until you know what you want to achieve, you'll never get anywhere.
Fun is a state of mind. You either like something or you don't.
