Where To Find Discounted Multi - Fam?

Hello all,

Does anyone know where I can find information on developers that have projects in trouble that can be purchased at a discount for the entire project? I am looking to buy at a discount continue with the development and sell at a discount.

Any ideas?

    I checked out CMBS but could not find where to search the properties. Do you have to be a member?
