Where Is The Hard Money???
I have some time studying and making offers to sellers but... I don't have money nor credit. Where can I find hard money lenders? I live in New Jersey. Another thing I don't have a job, so I need a lender who will finance based only on the After Rehab Value. Any tips will be fine.

Find and become involved with a local REI club. You will find rehabbers and investors who may be willing to help you out. Also check the lenders tab on the toolbar of this forum.
